If camera permission is denied, you may still upload existing media from your photo library where that permission is separately granted.
Microphone Access
With your permission, we access the microphone solely to capture audio when you choose to record a video to attach to a task. Microphone access supports audio as part of that video recording.
Microphone access is not used in the background, is not used for monitoring, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to a video recording session you actively initiate.
If microphone permission is denied, videos recorded through the app will be captured without audio. All other app features, including other task creation and management functions, remain unaffected.

With your permission, we use speech recognition to allow you to search your tasks using your voice. When you activate voice search, your spoken input is converted to text and used as a search query within the app.
Speech data is used only to process the search query you initiate and is not used for advertising, profiling, or purposes unrelated to the voice search feature.
