These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FM Radio iOS application and related services operated by Pixster Studio (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pixster Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable usage rules.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pixster Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable usage rules.

The App provides access to FM radio streaming, podcast discovery and playback, AirPlay support, Apple CarPlay compatible audio playback, and music identification functionality such as Shazam-related experiences where available. Some radio station information may come from public or licensed sources. Podcast content and metadata may be provided through a paid third-party API provider, Taddy.

The App may display, access, or make available third-party radio streams, podcast feeds, metadata, artwork, links, websites, and services. Such third-party content and services are controlled by their respective providers, not by Pixster Studio.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, quality, or continued availability of third-party content, streams, or feeds.
Your use of third-party services made available through the App may also be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those third parties.
Taddy-powered podcast features may depend on third-party podcast data, feeds, and infrastructure outside our control.
We are not responsible for any third-party content, including radio streams or podcast material, and do not guarantee its legality, accuracy, or availability.

User submissions
User submissions
The App may allow you to submit radio-related data, corrections, suggestions, feedback, or similar content ("Submissions"). By making a Submission, you represent and warrant that:
You have the right to provide the Submission;
The Submission does not infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights;
The Submission is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
You retain ownership of your Submission, but you grant Pixster Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, review, adapt, publish, and use the Submission for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and maintaining the App.
We may, but are not required to, review, refuse, edit, or remove Submissions at our discretion.
The App may also include a request-removal flow in Settings under Data Transparency. This flow is intended for station owners, rights holders, or other affected parties who want to request review or removal of a station listing, stream, or related metadata. By submitting such a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make the request.

If the App offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, those purchases are processed by Apple using your App Store account, subject to Apple's applicable terms, billing practices, and refund rules. Third-party names, logos, podcast artwork, station brands, and other third-party materials appearing in the App remain the property of their respective owners.
