Support end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and shortlisting
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment drives and hiring events
Maintain and update candidate databases, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment trackers
Support new hire onboarding activities and manage HR documentation
Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media posts and recruitment marketing
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations as needed
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resources
Essential Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Previous internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
