We are seeking an experienced and data-driven App Growth Manager – Paid Marketing to lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (UAC) and Apple Search Ads. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing large ad budgets, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, optimizing ROAS, and scaling campaigns for mobile apps.
You’ll be a key player in the growth team, responsible for strategizing and executing paid campaigns to grow our app user base efficiently and sustainably.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Google UAC and Apple Search Ads.
Manage large-scale ad budgets with ROI-first thinking.
Continuously analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-backed optimizations.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with the design team for ad creatives and with the product team for growth alignment.
Regularly monitor and report CAC, LTV, ROAS, and key growth KPIs.
Stay updated with the latest platform updates, ad formats, policies, and competitive trends.
Explore new user acquisition channels and tools to scale further.
Participate in ASO (App Store Optimization) and its alignment with paid efforts.
Take ownership of the full funnel growth – from installs to in-app conversions and retention.
2–3 years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps (Android & iOS).
Proven expertise in Google UAC and Apple Search Ads.
Experience managing high ad spends with a focus on performance and scalability.
Strong analytical skills; familiarity with tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, and Excel.
Deep understanding of user behavior, mobile marketing metrics, and attribution.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
